Q2ebanking Marks Record Attendance, Provides Increased Educational Opportunities at 2012 Client Conference

Financial institutions, partners, industry experts collaborate to discuss e-banking strategies

AUSTIN, Texas, May 8, 2012 – Q2ebanking, a provider of premier electronic banking solutions for credit unions and banks throughout the U.S., announced record attendance at its recent client conference held April 15 – 18 at the Barton Creek Resort in Austin. Client participation increased by more than 25 percent from the prior year and included more than 30 new financial institutions in attendance. The “Focus in Motion”-themed event offered product training, workshops, educational seminars and visionary sessions geared toward collaboration and the future of e-banking. “At Q2ebanking, we recognize that our clients are the key to our growth and continued success,” said Q2ebanking CEO and President, Matt Flake. “Our clients are focused on meeting consumers’ needs day in and day out, and it is their feedback that drives our continual innovation. This annual conference gives us an opportunity to thank our clients in person for their continued support, strengthen the open lines of communication we have with our clients and bring financial institutions and industry experts together to share best practices and strategies for best leveraging the e-banking channel.” Q2ebanking full-time employees increased by more than 85 percent since this time last year, bolstering its executive management team and client relationship managers with industry experts that were a valuable addition to the conference. In addition to keynote presentations from Matt Flake and company founder Hank Seale, e–banking and payments industry strategist David Peterson, EVP of customer experience and innovation for Q2ebanking, provided insight and a strategic vision for strengthening the virtual branch. And, adventurist, anthropologist and author Dr. Jeff Salz shared how individuals can improve focus and performance during a time of great change. Paula Lough, vice president of cash management and electronic banking at Princeton, Ill.-based Citizens First National Bank, said, “Q2ebanking continues to reinforce its passion for clients; they are always open and approachable, listening to our concerns regarding today’s changing industry. Trusteer, along with 11 other strategic partners, joined Q2ebanking’s user group in the product expo, which was open throughout the conference. Product demos, topical discussions and one-on-one meetings were also featured in the Client Lounge.
