Q2ebanking Launches Comprehensive Training Program at National User Conference

Q2’s new Q.U.O.T.E. University provides in depth training for its users

AUSTIN, TX, June 4, 2010 – Q2ebanking, a progressive financial services technology company serving community financial institutions, today announced it has launched Q.U.O.T.E University which stands for Q2 Uniform Online Training Excellence.  The program was first introduced to customers this May at the 2010 National User Conference in Austin, TX. “I applaud you and your team for making user training a priority,” said current Q2 customer  Brian Stanfill, Senior Vice President Operations at The Delaware County Bank & Trust Co. in Lewis Center OH,  when he received the news of Q2’s new training program at the recent conference. “Just as we’ve innovated electronic banking, we’re innovating the way we offer and deliver training to our community financial institutions.  To serve these customers in training, I am happy to introduce our certification program that will provide new and improved resources.  This program will feature a sophisticated training program that will empower financial institutions with knowledge and incentives.  QU will also include a unique computer-based site for each customer providing them with additional training tools and a continuing education and certification program”, said Matt Flake, Q2ebanking President. Q2ebanking’s training has been developed in partnership with Q2’s customers. The program was designed completely around Q2’s online, mobile and voice banking so the training is a focused approach around electronic banking. There are several training options available so financial institutions can tailor the training and certification to their needs. Both web based and in person programs are available for the certification program and the ongoing continuing education for Q2ebanking products.   With Q.U.O.T.E. University Q2 customers will benefit from all that the online, mobile and voice solutions have to offer.
