Q2 Software Partners with Centrix Solutions to Provide Web-based Positive Payment Solution

Centrix Exact/TMS™ Integration with Q2Online Banking provides Powerful Positive Pay in ASP Model

AUSTIN, TX July 26, 2007 – Q2 Software, Inc., a next generation financial services technology company, today announced a strategic partnership with Centrix Solutions, Inc. (Lincoln, NE) to integrate, host and offer Exact/TMS™, Centrix’s industry-leading web-based positive pay, check reconciliation and ACH transaction monitoring solution. Exact/TMS™ offers a robust browser interface for commercial customers, eliminating the need to install software on client workstations. The nightly account reconcilement process automatically alerts the client by email if either check or ACH exceptions require a pay or return decision. Clients can make such decisions, view images of checks in question, analyze reconcilement reports and submit electronic issued check files all via the Q2Online Banking solution in a secure, paperless environment. Matt Flake, Vice President of Sales at Q2 Software says, “By natively incorporating the Centrix positive pay technology into our online cash management services, we further demonstrate our commitment to providing our customers with leading-edge technology. The Centrix solution places fraud control in the hands of the account owner, enhancing our self-service strategy and reducing our customer’s cost of administration.” Jeff Asselin, Vice President at Centrix, likes the shared vision of the two companies. “Both companies are focused on providing technology to their customers that enable them to compete favorably with super-regional and national institutions. In this regard, Exact/TMS and Q2Online together create a good product for financial institutions.”

Major advantages of the Centrix Exact/TMS™ solution include:

– Secure web interface manages all client interaction and eliminates the need to install software on client workstations

– Automated emails to notify clients when exception items are present – ACH filter rules will monitor ACH activity and notify the client of exceptions

– On-line exception management enables the client to make pay/return decisions via the web for both check exceptions and ACH exceptions – Check image integration allows the client to view images of exception items

– Integrated data mapping utility allows the bank to accept issued check file formats that are native to the client’s accounting system, thus virtually eliminating custom interfaces

– Automated processing of submitted issued check files eliminates manual intervention when clients submit issued check files

– Reverse positive pay functionality provides financial institutions with added flexibility when presenting corporate clients with fraud prevention options

– Client-level service charge parameters provide flexibility for positive pay service fee income

– Integration with the teller system provides front line defense against check fraud
