Centrix Exact/TMS™ Integration with Q2Online Banking provides Powerful Positive Pay in ASP Model

AUSTIN, TX July 26, 2007 – Q2 Software, Inc., a next generation financial services technology company, today announced a strategic partnership with Centrix Solutions, Inc. (Lincoln, NE) to integrate, host and offer Exact/TMS™, Centrix’s industry-leading web-based positive pay, check reconciliation and ACH transaction monitoring solution. Exact/TMS™ offers a robust browser interface for commercial customers, eliminating the need to install software on client workstations. The nightly account reconcilement process automatically alerts the client by email if either check or ACH exceptions require a pay or return decision. Clients can make such decisions, view images of checks in question, analyze reconcilement reports and submit electronic issued check files all via the Q2Online Banking solution in a secure, paperless environment.
