Q2 Named Among The Austin American-Statesman’s Top Workplaces in Austin – Nov 18 2013
Q2, a leading provider of enterprise solutions for secure virtual banking, ranked number six in The Austin American-Statesman’s 2013 list of Greater Austin Top Midsize Employers. This is the third consecutive year Q2 has made the list of Top Workplaces, each year as a Top 100 Company.
The ranking is based on the results of an employee survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, which measures qualities such as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.

Due to recent growth, Q2 expanded its corporate headquarters to an 85,000-square-foot space in Austin’s research corridor earlier this year and has custom built a space that fosters the collaborative work environment the company is known for. With a family room, on-site fitness center, music room, collaborative workspaces, and five employee committees ranging from communications to wellness, the Q2 culture is a large part of the company’s success. The company also has an established leadership development program, a managerial development program and opportunities for both technical- and soft-skill development for employees to continue their education and further open career opportunities.
Q2 is continually seeking talented team members and each quarter holds a recruiting night at Pinballz, a local vintage arcade, where potential job seekers are encouraged to come and play arcade classics with Q2’s software development team.
