SVP, Customer Success
As Senior Vice President of Customer Success, John Peck is responsible for leading the Q2 Customer Support and Client Experience Management teams. These teams are the client advocates within Q2 and own the operational client experience including technical support, training and best practice sharing.
Prior to joining Q2, John served in numerous roles focused on execution and operational excellence. Most recently, he was CFO of Affiniscape, leading the organization through rapid growth prior to its acquisition by YourMembership. Prior to that John worked in a number of consulting roles working with Fortune 500 companies focused on operational and process improvement and optimization.
John received his MPA and BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.See Full Team
