An existing core interface to Q2Online supports mobile banking as an additional access channel, reducing interface costs for an additional application.
Your users have easy access to Q2Mobile by entering an address directly into their mobile browser (i.e., www.yourbank.com/mobile or www.yourbank.mobi) without the need to find and download a mobile application from their carrier. Q2Mobile uses Microsoft® Adaptive Rendering, ensuring that the user experience matches the mobile device’s capabilities.
At their option, your current Q2Online users can enroll (opt in) for Q2Mobile under the Preferences>Mobile menu, and can choose to either use their current online banking login as their mobile banking login (i.e., federated login) or create a new, unique mobile login.
As part of the same electronic banking application, your mobile users will experience more consistent presentation, messaging and workflow than applications provided on distinct platforms.
Once entitlements are set within the administrative console (Q2Central™), they apply across all electronic banking channels, including Q2Mobile. This saves administrative time and provides consistent rights regardless of how your account holders access your electronic banking services.
Q2Mobile includes convenient MFA at customer login or for the approval of a mobile transaction.
Q2Mobile is built on the same strong network, server, and application security model that currently supports your other Q2 electronic banking applications.
Q2Mobile is easily managed and administered via Q2Central, like both Q2Online and Q2Voice. As part of a single electronic banking application, Q2Mobile requires little additional administration to deploy and support.
Q2Mobile updates are applied in the same model and hosting environment as your current Q2Online Banking.
